Exhibition

Expressions of interest are currently being sought from not-for-profit and commercial organisations who would like to exhibit their products and services at the 2009 TRIC Conference. To express your interest in becoming an exhibitor, please click here and complete the 'Exhibitor Registration of Interest Form'.

Introduction

The 2009 TRIC Conference will provide a wonderful opportunity for not-for-profit and commercial organisations to showcase their products and services to an anticipated 150 individuals representing TAFE, industry, education, regional development and broader VET sector organisations.

A total of 10 (only) exhibition booths will be available for purchase at the conference. These booths will be centrally located in the pre-function space of the conference venue facilitating the maximum exposure of exhibitors to conference delegates.

Space will be allocated on a 'first come-first served' basis. To secure a space, please click here and complete the 'Exhibitor Registration of Interest Form'.

Exhibition costs

The cost of an exhibition booth will be $500 (plus GST) for not-for-profit organisations and $750 (plus GST) for commercial organisations.

This cost will include:

  • one conference registration. This will include attendance at all conference sessions; a delegate pack; morning and afternoon teas; and lunches. Please note that this fee does not include the welcome cocktail party and conference dinner.
  • one 2m x 2m (approximate) space
  • one skirted trestle table
  • access to power

Exhibitors will be responsible for any other costs associated with their space including decorations, furniture and audio visual equipment.
